Thai Massage
Thai massage is a traditional bodywork practice that combines acupressure, gentle rocking, and assisted stretching to improve flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and promote the flow of energy throughout the body. It’s often performed on a mat, with the practitioner guiding the body through yoga-like movements.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a Japanese bodywork therapy that uses rhythmic finger pressure, along with palms and thumbs, applied to specific points on the body to support the flow of energy (qi). It aims to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote overall balance and well-being.
